I built Home Project Pilot because researching a contractor online usually means handing your phone number to a lead-resale site and getting called by whoever paid the most. Homeowners deserve a place to figure out what the house actually needs first, then check contractors on facts — without anyone buying their way to the top.
What we will never do
- Sell placement, a higher trust score or lead priority to any contractor.
- Sell or pass your contact details to contractors or lead networks. You contact them when you choose.
- Sell your data. Your home records export with you if you leave.
How we make money
Homeowners can use diagnostics and trust scores free. Optional homeowner memberships (Essential and Pro) pay for reminders, quote reviews and the document vault. Contractors pay a flat membership to claim and manage their own listing, which covers verification work — it buys nothing in the score or the search order.
